3 Account Management
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, all accounts will be closed and any balances held in them may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username, password) confidential. Keep your password strong and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account, unless you can demonstrate that it resulted from unauthorised access by a third party.
3.3 Updating Information
It is the user's responsibility to update personal information (such as mobile number, bank account) in a timely manner when changes occur. dtk66 will not be responsible for delayed or cancelled payments caused by outdated information.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on dtk66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The main terms for deposits and withdrawals are described below:
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Enter the deposit amount correctly — errors may cause delays.
- All deposits are secured via SSL encryption.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used to register the account.
- The relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a bonus balance (see section 5 for details).

5 Bonuses & Promotions
dtk66 offers various bonuses for new and regular players. The following conditions apply to the use of bonuses:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
- Higher deposit example: Deposit ৳34,000 and the bonus is ৳20,000 — total balance ৳54,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined.
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = total bets of ৳30,000 must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion details.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once only.
- Bonus abuse (such as claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts) is prohibited.
- dtk66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- VIP players may enjoy additional benefits according to their Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier.
6 Gameplay Policy
Various types of games are available on the dtk66 platform, including slots, casino, and sports betting. The following policies must be followed while playing:
- All games are operated to ensure fair play. The outcome of each game is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
- If the internet connection is lost during a game, the system will automatically save the result.

12.2 Closure at dtk66's Initiative
dtk66 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Providing false information or failure to verify identity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Misuse of bonuses.
If an account is closed due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
13 Dispute Resolution
If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. The support team will try to resolve the matter promptly.
If the matter is not resolved through the support team, it will be escalated to a higher level. Fairness and transparency will be ensured in all dispute resolution efforts.
For disputes related to transactions, system logs and records will be treated as authoritative documents. After a complaint is filed, the related account may be placed under temporary review.
14 Changes to Terms and Conditions
